Raul the Auctioneer stands in Lorencia and in Devias next to Baz's
vault. Talk to him to buy and to sell.
Prices are jewels only, up to 3 kinds of jewels a lot, paid from the buyer's
jewel bank.
A lot stays on sale 1, 3 or 7 days and costs 10,000,000 zen a day, not returned. Up to 10 lots per
account.
A lot sells for its price at once, to the highest bid or both, as the seller sets it. Bids are in one kind of
jewel; each new one is at least 5 % more, and at least 1 more. A bid in the last 5 minutes keeps the lot on 5 minutes more. An outbid
bid's jewels go back to the bank; when the lot ends, the highest bid takes it.
